Project Momentum is a proud member of Nash County's CARE Coalition — made up of community members, healthcare providers, law enforcement, local government, and those in recovery.

Mission: To provide collaborative strategies and solutions to address substance use and/or behavioral health while improving the overall health of the community.

Vision: Nash County is a thriving, healthy community where individuals and families facing challenges related to substance use and/or behavioral health have access to quality supports and resources.

CARE is funded through the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Planning Grant, with roots going back to its founding in 2017.
